This policy describes the website’s booking, music and related pages. A previous version of the website may have used different logging features; removing those features does not delete historical records held elsewhere.
Booking enquiries and contact
The booking form asks for your name, event date and times, location, indoor/outdoor setting, guest count, dress code, email address and message. Submitting it hands those details to your device’s email application using a mailto link addressed to djbmoreben@gmail.com. The form does not submit a booking record to a website database. Sending the email depends on your email application; you can also email the owner directly.
Details you choose to email are received in the owner’s business email account and can be used to answer the enquiry and discuss your event. Do not include payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. This website does not establish a fixed retention period for that correspondence; contact the owner about a specific message or enquiry.
Release-page subscriptions
The Funky and Word Up release pages have “Get Exclusive Drops” subscription forms. If you choose to submit one, your email address is sent to the configured Formspree service rather than the booking email form. No submission is needed to view the pages or follow the streaming links. Contact the owner about how subscription emails are used, retained or removed; this website does not establish a retention period or promise a mailing frequency.
Payments, merchandise and song requests
Booking-payment and merchandise links open Square checkout pages. The song-request link opens No Song Requests. Payment details entered there go to those services, not to this website’s booking form. The website also displays payment-service images; displaying an image is not a payment submission. Review each service’s notices before supplying personal or payment details.

Music, images and embedded services
The custom player loads audio and cover images from Cloudflare-hosted URLs. The website embeds Google Calendar and Instagram and loads styles/icons from jsDelivr and cdnjs. Social links open their respective services. Requests to website hosting and these providers necessarily transmit connection information such as an IP address and browser request information. Providers may process that information under their own policies.
Calendar visibility remains governed by the existing Google Calendar sharing settings. This privacy policy does not make private events public or promise that calendar content establishes availability.

Custom logging and browser storage
This website version removes its custom visitor/page-load and music-play logging and does not perform the former IP-based geolocation lookup. The player removes the obsolete session-storage location entry left by the old collector. It does not create a new visitor identifier or location cache.
Where an existing service worker is installed, the browser may cache website files for offline use. Those local files are separate from a visitor or playback log. Browser caching and storage can be cleared through browser settings.
Removing custom collectors does not mean hosting providers or embedded third parties receive no requests or keep no logs. Their cookie use, provider-log retention and individual browser behavior have not been fully verified here; this policy does not claim the site or its providers are cookie-free. Previous logging data, if any, is not automatically deleted by these code changes.
Google advertising
Google advertising is disabled in this website version. The publisher ownership meta tag and ads.txt authorization are present, but the staged Google account script is not executed and the website does not request display or in-player ads. Ownership verification is not approval to show ads.
Advertising will remain disabled until site approval, real ad settings, required disclosures and an appropriate consent service are verified. If Google advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Before activation, this policy must be checked against the actual vendors, settings and consent/opt-out controls used.
